Intergovernmental Agreement

The Cities of San Luis, Somerton, and Yuma, the Town of Wellton, and Yuma County signed onto the original Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) in September 2016. The purpose of the IGA was to formalize a bilateral relationship to promote growth and expand economic opportunities in Yuma County, Imperial County, San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, and Baja, California.
