Welcome and Opening Remarks, Mayor Nicholls, City of Yuma. The Cities and Towns of Yuma County will do a rapid-fire overview of their opportunity zones and the types of projects that are prime for those areas.
12:30 – 2:00 pm – The Real World of QOZ Investing and Developing
Learn from experts who are actively involved in creating opportunity funds and building projects in opportunity zones, including the ins and outs of creating a fund, what it takes to get a project off the ground, and how to build a team geared toward success.
